Kingwood City Limits (KCL) is a FREE outdoor music festival at Kingwood Town Center Park featuring local live music that resonates with the heart and spirit of our vibrant community. The festival’s primary goal is to support live music, promote local bands, and significantly boost the venues that host performances, creating a thriving ecosystem for artists and audiences alike.

Last year’s KCL showcased a remarkable success, drawing well over 1,000 attendees who came together to celebrate the art of music. Moreover, the impact of this beloved event achieved the desired result of building a more solid infrastructure for the live music community in Kingwood, fostering an environment where creativity flourishes. Through the valuable connections and relationships that were forged and fortified during the festival, venues, musicians, and fans have enjoyed the benefit of a more consistent stream of quality live music in Kingwood over the last year. We aim to continue this enriching process this year, aspiring to cultivate even greater participation from our community as we lay the groundwork for future generations to enjoy.

For 2026, KCL is planned for Saturday, March 28th, and will run from 11 AM to 10 PM, with local bands playing throughout the day and evening across multiple stages at Kingwood Town Center Park. The anticipation is palpable as the line-up is in progress! Details are forthcoming, promising an array of talent that will enhance the festival experience and bring our community together once more in celebration of music and culture. Bring your lawn chairs and rock with us!
